Simulating Real-World Projects
This year, we've structured the program to simulate a real project environment, providing participants with hands-on experience through three key phases:
Definition

You'll learn to set clear objectives, define scope, identify stakeholders, and establish roles. We'll cover creating project charters, planning for risks, and developing communication strategies. This phase ensures you're fully prepared to launch successful projects.

Execution

We will focus on turning plans into action. You'll master project execution techniques, including, planning, scheduling, and risk management. We'll cover agile best practices, introducing you to key ceremonies. You'll also learn resource management, quality control, and performance tracking.

Scale

The final phase focuses on completing and handing over project deliverables while identifying opportunities for upscaling and adding scope. It covers project closure, maintenance, upscaling, sustaining benefits, knowledge transfer, and documentation. Participants will learn to manage transitions smoothly and identify areas for further development.
